One - on - One Training Sessions

Applied Fitness Solutions (AFS) Fitness Practitioners are available for one-on-one training sessions. The training sessions are designed to implement the exercise program designed by your fitness practitioner, and will be performed by the practitioner who designed your exercise program. Training sessions typically last 45-90min and consist of a warm-up segment, strength & resistance training, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, a cool-down segment, and partner assisted stretching. Your AFS Fitness Practitioner will provide a motivating and dynamic environment in which proper exercise technique is emphasized and you are pushed to limits of your performance capabilities. One - on - One Performance Training Sessions

Applied Fitness Solutions (AFS) Strength & Conditioning Coaches are available for one-on-one training sessions. The training sessions are designed to implement the strength and conditioning program designed by your strength coach. Training sessions typically last 90min and consist of a dynamic warm-up segment, speed, quickness, and agility training, strength training, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, a cool-down segment, and partner assisted stretching. Your AFS Strength Coach will provide a motivating and dynamic environment in which proper exercise technique is emphasized and you are pushed to limits of your performance capabilities. Small and large session packages are available to accommodate the fitness and financial needs of all individuals. Small Group Training

If you're looking for all the benefits of one-on-one training with the added motivation of exercising in a group setting, small group training may be for you. Small group training places individuals with similar goals and fitness levels together in groups of 3-10 for dynamic conditioning and resistance training sessions. Small group training sessions typically last 45-90min and incorporate many of the same components as a one-on-one training session. Your AFS Fitness Practitioner will utilize these three fundamental principles of exercise program design to develop an exercise protocol for you specifically designed to your lifestyle, access to exercise equipment, unique physical makeup, and goals. Using the Applied Fitness Solutions patented Individual Fitness Solution (IFS) Training Model you will receive a one year exercise program, updated and modified monthly based on your body's response to the training program and the feedback you provide. Specific progressions are built into the IFS Training Model to ensure your body continually adapts to the training program throughout the course of year. Sports-Specific Small Group Training

Group performance training places athletes with similar goals and ability levels together in groups of 3-4 for dynamic strength and conditioning sessions. Training sessions typically last 90min and incorporate many of the same components as one-on-one performance training sessions.
